Common Questions.
What's included in the onboarding fee? +
The onboarding fee covers chart of accounts setup, integration with QuickBooks Online plus your banks/POS/payroll systems, and the first month of close. Cleanup, if your books need it, is a separate one time engagement quoted up front. After onboarding, you only pay the monthly tier.
Can I change plans later? +
Yes. As your books or needs change, we'll move you to the tier that fits, per the terms in your service agreement. We'll recommend a starting tier after your 15 minute discovery call based on transaction volume and what services you actually use.
Does Profit Discovery cost extra? +
No. Vendor review through our multi category partner network is included in every tier.
What if our books are a mess from a previous bookkeeper? +
We offer cleanup as a one time engagement before going live with monthly service. Most cleanups take 2 to 4 weeks depending on how far behind things are.
Do you file taxes? +
Tax filing isn't in our standard scope. Premium and Enterprise tiers include tax ready financial statements and 1099 prep. We can refer you to our tax filing partner, or fold filing into your engagement at custom pricing.
